New Painting
"Harvest Moon Bowl"
Oil on Canvas, 2010

This new painting highlights the rural landscape of southwestern Minnesota and the charming Friday night tradition of prep football. Surrounded by cornfields ready for the harvest, this early September game in the small town of Danube, Minnesota captures a real slice of America. The setting is aesthetically perfect; A cool evening with a full moon and leaves just starting to turn on the few trees that dot the landscape. This particular game features the home town Renville County West Jaguars facing the Blackjacks from Dawson-Boyd.
"Harvest Moon Bowl" is being released in print as a 12" x 58" canvas giclee. It is 2/3 the size of the original oil painting, large enough to accentuate the wide open farmland. Only 100 limited edition canvas giclee reproductions will be produced at a cost of $500. ea. Call 952-443-0028 to order this very limited piece.
